About BTTC Bridged TRX
The TRX representation on BNB Chain, minted by the BitTorrent Chain bridge against TRX locked on the Tron network. Binance adopted it in the 2023 contract swap that retired its own eighteen-decimal Binance-Peg TRX, so it is now what BEP-20 TRX means, but the mint authority is BitTorrent Chain's predicate contract rather than Binance or the TRON DAO, and the backing is whatever that bridge still holds.
