About Terminal

Terminal is operated by Tribulnation Labs, S.L., PZ PAU VILA 1, PALAU DE MAR, PIER 01, OFICINA 2B, 08039 BARCELONA, Spain. Contact marcel@tribulnation.com about these terms.

Terminal provides market information and tools for viewing connected accounts and tracking portfolio holdings and valuations. Portfolio information updates through synchronisation and may not reflect current account activity. These terms apply to your use of Terminal.

Your account

You must be at least 18 and legally able to accept these terms. Provide accurate account information, protect your login credentials, and connect only accounts you own or are authorised to access. Tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorised access.

Connected accounts

When you connect an account, you authorise Terminal to use the credentials or identifiers you provide to retrieve and process information needed for the features you request. Use read-only API credentials with trading and withdrawal permissions disabled. Never provide wallet private keys or recovery phrases.

You can revoke credentials directly with your provider. Revoking credentials stops their future use but does not itself delete information already stored in Terminal. Contact us to request removal of a connection or its stored information.

Terminal does not hold your assets or execute trades or withdrawals through its portfolio-tracking features.

Market information and financial decisions

Prices, balances, funding figures, yields and other displayed information may be delayed, incomplete or incorrect. Valuations are estimates and may differ from executable prices or provider statements. Availability of a listed asset, platform or opportunity is not an endorsement.

Terminal does not provide investment, legal or tax advice or personalised investment recommendations. Verify information independently before trading, transferring assets or preparing filings. You remain responsible for your financial decisions.

Third-party services and content

Exchanges, networks and other linked services operate under their own terms. Their availability and behaviour can affect Terminal. Rights in Terminal’s software and content remain with their respective owners. Access does not grant unrestricted rights to redistribute third-party market data.

Acceptable use

Do not access other users’ information without permission, circumvent security or usage limits, interfere with the service, or use Terminal unlawfully.

Availability and restrictions

We aim to provide a reliable service but cannot promise uninterrupted availability or error-free information. We may restrict access where reasonably necessary to address security threats, unlawful activity or material breaches of these terms. Where practicable and lawful, we will explain the restriction and provide an opportunity to resolve it.

Ending use

You can stop using Terminal at any time and request account closure by emailing marcel@tribulnation.com. Revoke connected credentials with their providers as well. Our Privacy Policy explains personal-data retention and deletion.

Responsibility and your rights

Our responsibility for the service is subject to applicable law. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limits your mandatory consumer rights.

Changes and applicable law

We will publish updated terms with their effective date and give reasonable advance notice of material changes where appropriate. These terms are governed by Spanish law, without removing mandatory protections or court rights available to consumers where they live. Contact marcel@tribulnation.com if you have a complaint.
